Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for subscriptions to xametric.com (the "Service"), operated by Pracxam Ltd, a company registered in New Zealand. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Monthly subscriptions

Xametric is offered on monthly subscription plans, billed in advance. Each payment gives you access to your plan for that billing month.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • your access continues until the end of the current paid period; and
  • you will not be charged again.

You do not need to contact us to cancel, though you are welcome to email service@xametric.com if you need help.

3. Change-of-mind refunds

Because you can cancel at any time and keep access for the remainder of the period you have paid for, we do not offer pro-rata or partial refunds for the unused part of a billing month, or refunds for change of mind.

4. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under consumer law:

  • In New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 gives you guarantees about services supplied to you.
  • In Australia, the Australian Consumer Law provides consumer guarantees.

If the Service has a serious problem — for example it is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it would — you may be entitled to a remedy, which can include a refund. These rights apply regardless of anything else in this policy.

5. Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you think you have been charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, contact us at service@xametric.com with your account email and the date of the charge. We will investigate and put right any error we have made, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

6. How to make a refund request

To request a refund under section 4 or 5, email service@xametric.com with:

  • the email address on your account;
  • the date and amount of the payment; and
  • a short description of the problem.

We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
